What is the Volition Subscription?

• Subscribing to a product means you receive the products on a regular schedule. Look and feel your best with a steady supply of your favorite products delivered straight to your doorstep. You are able to make any changes online whenever you need. With every subscription of a product, you’ll receive 10% off plus FREE shipping with every order.

How do I Subscribe to a product?

• When you’re browsing on a product page, simply select the subscription option and select your preferred shipment frequency and checkout as usual. We will send you an email reminder 7 days before your next shipment and you can cancel any order up to 24 hours before the next.

How do I make changes to my Subscription?

• You can manage your next ship date, change frequency, or cancel your subscription by clicking the “Edit” button in the Subscription section in your account profile. 

How do I cancel my Subscription order?

• To cancel your subscription, visit the specific product you’d like to cancel and expand the “Cancel Subscription” section to click the “Cancel subscription” button.
• A cancelation request must be done 24 hours before your next shipment date. 
• Once you cancel your subscription, you will receive an email notification confirming the cancelation. 

What types of payment are accepted for subscription orders?

• All subscription orders require a valid credit or debit card payment. Alternative payment forms such as PayPal, Amazon Pay, or QuadPay cannot be accepted. 

What will happen if an item in my Subscription order is on sale?

• If a product is on sale when you add it to your subscription order, you will receive the sale price for the initial order. All subsequent orders will be shipped at the price displayed at the time of each subsequent order. Promotional pricing is only valid during the timeframe advertised on Volitionbeauty.com.

Are there terms and conditions?

• Yes. By placing this order, you agree to the terms and conditions for the Subscription program and authorize Volition Beauty to charge your card for future orders at the frequency and quantity you selected. Subscription orders will automatically ship until you cancel.
