Our Founding Story
Volition Beauty was created in 2016 to give a voice to female entrepreneurs who had amazing beauty ideas, but who either did not know where to start to get their idea off the ground or had hit a wall pitching to predominantly male-led business or investment groups.
Our democratic business model allows entrepreneurs of all genders, ethnicities, backgrounds and experiences to get their foot in the door with developing a beauty product. Our vision is to invert the beauty industry’s dynamic, and instead of having top-down decision-making from select few people in board-rooms, we now cater to the needs of a huge community of beauty enthusiasts influencing upwards.
