We take quality concerns seriously and your satisfaction is important to us!
Volition Beauty guarantees a replacement/refund policy on all purchases within 30 days of receiving your package that ensures coverage for:
- Lost items/misdeliveries (mistakes/lost by the courier as indicated by tracking). Note that misdeliveries/other incurred delivery issues due to incorrect/incomplete shipping information provided by the customer may not be covered
- Damages due to packaging/mishandling by the courier
- Incorrect/incomplete order received
- Any negative reaction upon using the product
What to do: Simply send us an email at service@volitionbeauty.com with your name, (order number starting with *R) and contact information so our customer support team can assist you with your return/refund request, etc.
Please note that you may be asked for a photo/video of the issue for review and documentation purposes depending on our product specialists and warehouse team’s discretion for them to validate your return/refund request.
Instructions and a printable ship return label will be provided once the request is confirmed valid.
IMPORTANT
- All accessories, kits, and skincare bundles are considered final sales which means they are not returnable;
- Any products purchased with store credits are also ineligible for return
- Products returned beyond the coverage of our return/refund policy will be subject to a restocking fee of $2 per item;
- Return shipping fees may have to be covered by the customer in some instances
- Shipping costs and state/custom duty taxes (if any) are non-refundable
Refunds will be processed as soon as the products are received back at our warehouse and confirmed to be in mint/resellable condition. Returns are usually processed within 5 days upon receipt and credit/debit card refunds can take up to 30 days depending on your bank's policies.
NOTE: Shipment processing typically takes 12-24 business hours.

A shipping notification email will be sent to you once your order is shipped. It will include a button to redirect you to the courier's website for tracking updates and scheduled delivery dates.
For shipping address update requests, kindly send an email to service@volitionbeauty.com along with your order number and our customer support team will tend to you shortly to process it for you.
NOTE: Cancellation and shipping information update requests are not guaranteed if not requested within 2 hours from the time of order especially if it is placed before 12 PM EST Weekday or if the order has already been packaged/shipped by our processing team.
Discount/promotion codes cannot be used on already discounted items such as skincare bundles and kits. You can see that an item is already discounted if the original price is crossed out and a lower price is shown.
**Sitewide sales include products in the Shop, but exclude preorder campaigns in the Lab.
Yes, we also ship to Canada.
For Canada shipments, however, please note Volition Beauty currently does not take duties or taxes on non-US destination orders upon purchase so you may be subject to pay your local governing body upon the arrival of your parcel.
Therefore, Canadian customers are responsible for paying full taxes and tariffs upon the arrival of their package. This amount varies by territory and may be as high as 18% so we advise checking with your governing authority for more information.
Otherwise, note that many Volition products are already sold at www.socialitebeauty.ca and therefore can be bought directly in Canada without additional taxes and tariffs, and for shorter shipping lead times.
We do not test on animals and are PETA Pink Bunny Certified Cruelty-Free. We strongly oppose animal testing and support pushing alternative testing methods forward. We hope all regulatory agencies will adopt them and see an end to animal testing.
Most of our products are vegan. If a product is vegan, it will be noted under the performance section.
Although we try to avoid gluten and gluten derivatives in our products, a few products may include them for performance. Unless otherwise specified in the Product or Campaign description, we cannot guarantee that the raw materials used may not have come into contact accidentally with gluten during their manufacturing process at our suppliers.
Volition products are formulated to be hypo-allergenic and non-comedogenic. Due to the nature of individual skin, we cannot claim or guarantee performance. If you have a specific concern, please email service@volitionbeauty.com before purchase, and we can help suggest a product suitable for your skin. Please consult your dermatologist if you have any concerns about allergies or specific skin issues.

Subscription
Subscribing to a product means you receive the products on a regular schedule. Look and feel your best with a steady supply of your favorite products delivered straight to your doorstep. You are able to make any changes online whenever you need. With every subscription to a product, you’ll receive 10% off plus FREE standard shipping with every order.
When browsing on a product page, simply select the subscription option and select your preferred shipment frequency, then checkout as usual.
Please note email reminders are sent 7 days before your subscription's next renewal date, so you have time to make changes or cancel it up to 24 hours before the next automatic order placement.
In your account profile, click "view" in your subscription section.
You can manage your next ship date, change the frequency, or cancel your subscription by clicking the “Edit” button in the Subscription section in your account profile.
Visit the specific product you’d like to cancel and expand the “Cancel Subscription” section followed by clicking the “Cancel subscription” button.
A cancelation request must be done 48 hours before the next renewal date.
Once canceled successfully, you will receive an email notification confirming the cancelation.
All subscription orders require a valid credit or debit card payment. Alternative payment forms such as PayPal, Amazon Pay, or QuadPay cannot be accepted.
If the product is on sale upon adding it to your subscription order, you will receive the sale price for the initial order. All subsequent orders will be shipped at the price displayed at the time of each subsequent order. Promotional pricing is only valid during the timeframe advertised on volitionbeauty.com.
By placing this order, you agree to the terms and conditions of the Subscription program and authorize Volition Beauty to charge your credit/debit card for future orders at the frequency and quantity you selected. Subscription orders will automatically ship until you cancel.

The Lab features breakthrough beauty product ideas from our Innovators. All of these ideas need your support in order to get formulated. If you like an idea, show your support by Pre-Ordering the product.
Please note all products in The Lab are in progress and not final. Price, size, and ship date are subject to change.
If you are interested in being one of the first people to get their hands on a product before anyone else, show your support by pre-ordering it at a discounted price. Payment for pre-orders is collected at checkout. Products in the campaign/preorder period still have a goal they must meet in order to be made, so spread the word for it to become a reality!
